SP-HF dimensions

Specifically designed for use where surface temperatures reach up to 1260°C (2300°F) and rough handling is routine, OMEGA’s Foundry Probe uses large, heavy-duty tips that can penetrate surface slag to measure the true temperature of the casting. The surface to be measured must be electrically conductive. The thermocouple's lead wires are 16-gage stranded wire with high temperature insulation and stainless steel overbraiding for added protection.

Note: Will not work with analog display systems requiring 10 or 15 ohm input impedance.
