Hand Pump for Pressure and Vacuum Calibration

The HPP Series of hydraulic and pnumenatic hand pump calibrators are designed to provide long term reliability for vacuum and pressure up to 10,000 psi.
$684.77
Omega’s HPP Series precision calibration pumps are designed to provide long term reliability in harsh environments. Four models are available to cover ranges from vacuum up to 690 bar (10,000 psi). Pumps can be purchased separately or as a kit that includes a carrying case, tubing and fittings.

HPP-100 & HPP-VAC
The HPP-100 and HPP-VAC are economical pumps designed for 0 to 6.9 bar (0 to 100 psi) or 0 to -0.95 bar (0 to -28 inHg vacuum). Both models feature dual O-rings on all pistons for smooth operation with zero leakage. A "mash proof" schrader valve replaces the needle valve commonly used for the vent.

SPECIFICATIONS FOR HPP-100/HPP-VAC
Range:
HPP-100: 0 to 6.9 bar (0 to 100 psi)
HPP-VAC: 0 to -0.95 bar (0 to -28 inHg vacuum)
Connections: (2) 1.8 NPT female ports
Size: 229 L x 38 mm Dia (9 x 1.5")
Weight: 680 g (1.5 lbs)

HPP-600
The HPP-600 is a pneumatic pump that can generate both vacuum and pressure. It covers a range from -0.95 bar (28 inHg) vacuum to 41 bar (600 psi) pressure. Dual O-rings, oversized check valves, and a "mash proof" vent valve ensure smooth, trouble free operation.

SPECIFICATIONS FOR HPP-600
Range: -0.95 to 41 bar (-28 inHg to 600 psi)
Connections: Top ¼ BSP female, side 1/8 BSP female (NPT adaptors included)
Weight: 907 g (2 lbs)

HPP-10K
The HPP-10K hydraulic pump can generate pressure from 0 to 690 bar (0 to 10,000 psi). It is compatible with most hydraulic fluids, oils and water. A precision stroke control adjustment allows for fast priming or shorter stroke for easier pumping at high pressure. It features a shatter proof reservoir, triple filtration system and a built in pressure relief valve.

SPECIFICATIONS FOR HPP-10K
