Smart and Programmable Linearized Transmitters are advanced devices that take raw sensor input (pressure, temperature, level, etc.) and provide output that is linearized, calibrated, and programmable to meet specific installation requirements. With digital smart features, they allow configuration of span, offset, output type (current, voltage, digital), and often diagnostics.
Key Features:
Programmable setup: span, zero offset, output type (4–20 mA, etc.)
Linearization functions for nonlinear sensors or non‑ideal fluid or pressure curves
Built‑in diagnostics such as sensor failure, overrange, temperature compensation
Smart device communication (e.g., HART, Modbus, or equivalent) for configuration and remote monitoring
High accuracy and stable calibration over time
Isolation voltage: 850 VDC or peak AC
