HKCT stands by our products and service.
Orders under $2000 (ex GST)
You can return any order under $2000 (ex GST) within 30 days of purchase if the product is in new condition, in the original packaging (which must be in the original condition). We'll even pay for the return delivery!

| Step 2. | We will arrange and pay for the delivery back to our warehouse. Make sure it is undamaged (in original condition) and sent back within 30 days of receiving your order (with the completed returns form). |
| Step 3. | We will refund you the full costs, or if you choose you can exchange the item or items for a more suitable product. Refunds are processed within 15 days of receiving the goods in our store. |
Don't forget, every product has a warranty, if the product is faulty or does not work as specified, we will fix the problem. See our warranty page for more information.

You can still return larger orders if you change your mind. Most of these items are ordered in especially for you so there is a 25% restocking fee.
