The Series TC50 / RTD50 sensors combine a probe (tube) style with wire leads for thermocouple and RTD temperature measurement in various applications. The tube protects the sensor element (thermal junction / RTD element) from mechanical damage or contaminants, while the wires transmit accurate temperature data. Constructed with high-temperature sheathing (stainless steel or similar), they support both quick response and good durability. These sensors are especially suitable when measurement point must be protected or isolated but lead wiring is long. Fully calibration-ready: calibration certificates available, and local calibration capability ensures temperature accuracy remains traceable over time.
Key Features:
Tube style protection for sensor tip with wire leads for connectivity
Supports either thermocouple or RTD types in the series
High temperature rated sheath material (e.g. stainless steel) for durability
Fast response while maintaining mechanical protection
Accuracy and repeatability suited for industrial or laboratory use
Calibration certificate compatibility and local support for verification
