The Series DBLM Mini-Bin Dry Bulk Level Monitor is a compact, side-mounted control designed to report high, intermediate, and low-level conditions in dry bulk solids. It operates by using a 1 rpm synchronous motor to rotate a four-vane plastic paddle. When material surrounds the paddle and impedes rotation, the motor is de-energized, triggering a SPDT snap switch. This mechanism helps prevent overflows, choking, clogs, or empty vessels.
