The RTD31 Magnet RTD is a specialized type of RTD sensor designed to measure surface temperatures by attaching magnetically to ferromagnetic materials. It combines the functionality of a standard RTD with the convenience of a magnetic mount, making it ideal for applications where non-invasive, temporary temperature monitoring.

Application Note

The RTD31 series from Tempotech Controls is Magnetic Mount RTDs are designed to use in surface measurement applications on ferrous metals.  Magnet at the hot side gives strong contact to the RTD tip with hot surface. It can be used to measure temperature continuously or intermittently.ideal for applications like temperature mapping and short-term positioning.
