Calibration needed?
In order to communicate wirelessly between a NorTronic and a PC it is necessary to purchase the appropriate USB Wireless Adaptor. This is sold separately because each adaptor can handle up to eight NorTronic wrenches. There are two communication frequency versions of the NorTronic because different countries operate different licence free radio transmission bands. The two frequencies that we offer cover most areas of the world. This Nortronic 3/8″ square drive, 50 N·m electronic torque wrench operating at 915 MHz is engineered for precision, connectivity, and efficiency. Its compact square drive makes it ideal for tighter spaces and moderate torque tasks, while wireless communication via the 915 MHz band ensures robust data transfer in environments where Bluetooth or other radios may be crowded. It integrates with Norbar’s TDS (Torque Data System) software to log torque/angle data, track calibration, and facilitate quality control. Whether used on assembly lines, maintenance workshops, or for testing / calibration, it delivers consistent performance with traceability.
