Calibration needed?
In order to communicate wirelessly between a NorTronic and a PC it is necessary to purchase the appropriate USB Wireless Adaptor. This is sold separately because each adaptor can handle up to eight NorTronic wrenches. There are two communication frequency versions of the NorTronic because different countries operate different licence free radio transmission bands. The two frequencies that we offer cover most areas of the world. The 1/2″ square drive, 50 N·m Nortronic torque wrench (915 MHz) balances higher drive power with precise control, making it effective for slightly larger hardware assemblies while still retaining good maneuverability. With wireless data capability on the 915 MHz band, this tool supports integrated torque tracking and process validation.
